PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate made of a synthetic resin having a cured film layer on its surface, excellent in adhesion with a film, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and weatherability and having high light diffusibility and light transmissivity. SOLUTION: The laminate (D) made of the synthetic resin is constituted by forming a primer coating film layer (B) with a coating film thickness of 1-10μm comprising a thermosetting acrylic resin at least on one side of a transparent synthetic resin layer (A) formed by injection-molding a composition, which is prepared by adding to 100 pts.wt. of a transparent synthetic resin (a) 1-30 pts.wt. of transparent five particles with an average particle size of 0.2-20μm of a beads-like crosslinked acrylic resin (b), 0-2 pts.wt. of a 8-22C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid (c), 0.01-1 pt.wt. of an ester (d) of the 8-22C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid and pentaerythritol, 0.001-1 pt.wt. of a phosphorous oxidation inhibitor (e) and 0.01-1 pt.wt. of a nitrogen atom-containing ultraviolet absorber (f) to 100 pts.wt. of a transparent synthetic resin and forming the cured film layer (C) with a coating film thickness of 1-10μm comprising a polyfunctional alkoxysilane on the primer coating film layer (B).
