PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability of a cable in displaying, via a cable, a picture on a display whose center section in the width direction is supported. SOLUTION: A picture display device is provided with the display 4 whose center section in the width direction is supported by a column 51. The center section in the width direction at the front of the display 4 is provided with a terminal 40 where the picture from an image pickup device 8 located outside the display 4 is inputted via the cable 80.
