PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service for a limited area by improving security. SOLUTION: Before a network connection step in which a network connection apparatus accesses a predetermined access server on a network via a user housing apparatus, this method has a connection relay request step in which the network connection apparatus transmits the identification information of a user who performs an operation of connecting to the network to make connection relay request to the user housing apparatus, an authentication request step in which the user housing apparatus transmits the identification information of the user housing apparatus and the received identification information of the user to an authentication server connected to the user housing apparatus to request the authentication server to authenticate whether or not the user can be connected to the network via the user housing apparatus, and a connection control step in which the network connection apparatus is controlled so that the network connection apparatus can be connected to the network when the user housing apparatus receives notice of success in authentication from the authentication server.
