PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an image display apparatus of the type in which the display is attached to a pair of glasses and used so that it can be attached to a pair of glasses of any structure. SOLUTION: The image display apparatus 3 builds a liquid crystal display and a magnifying lens in itself, and a user sees an image light from the display through the magnifying lens, thereby enabling seeing an image. The image display apparatus 3 is provided with a sucker 160 on its back surface, and can be attached to smooth front surfaces of the lenses of glasses provided on the glasses by the sucker 160.
