PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smaller active cooling method having laminar flows that have been improved for the purpose of reducing or substantially removing jitters. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger core for this microchannel heat exchanger, at least one heat exchanger plate 100 has at least one channel 102, formed in between the primary side and secondary side of the heat exchanger plate. At least one of the channels has the ratio of channel length L to the hydraulic diameter that is smaller than 100, and the channel length L is specified to be the distance between the primary side and the secondary side of the heat exchanger plate.
