PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animation image display apparatus selectable by a viewer on a train by utilizing a gripping portion of a handstrap. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display and a screen operation button are arranged at the gripping portion of the handstrap, and a communication function is built therein to enable the viewer to view a program by freely selecting the same from among the previously prepared advertisement programs. The automatic summarization of the questionnaire for favorable public image advertisement is also made possible by the viewer's advertisement selection.
