PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content creating device enabling a user to easily create content which can give a strong impression to a viewer and which contains multiple-choice questions. SOLUTION: The content creating device includes: a similar item retrieval means 11 for retrieving an item similar to an object of question from an object DB 16 based on prescribed retrieval conditions; and a content creating means 14 for creating content wherein multiple-choice questions and correct answers to the questions are successively presented to the viewer. In such a case, choices in the multiple-choice question are comprised of the object of question and the similar items which are the result of the retrieval by the similar item retrieval means, and the correct answer is the object of question.
