PURPOSE: Provided is a functional beverage which has an excellent anti-cancer activity by fermenting Phellinus linteus. The anti-cancer components from Phellinus linteus reinforce its anti-cancer activity. CONSTITUTION: The anti-cancer beverage is manufactured by fermenting Phellinus linteus containing saccharides and proteins which are easily extracted with hot water. It is optionally mixed with artificial sweeteners, food colors, glutamic acid, glucose and the like, and further contains pine needles, onions, ginsengs and the like. It has anti-cancer activity, relieves alcohol poisoning, has therapeutic effects on gastroenteric disorders, and improves immunity.
