Multifunctional grill stove (1) has grill plate device (2) having support foot (21) and grate element (22). Stove device (3) is arranged on grill plate device with opening (4) between them, for foodstuff. Circumferential hood forms grill zone with grill plate device. Heat generating source is arranged inside stove device. An opening is provided inside stove device below and above heat generating source. The grill plate device is provided with a handler which is used for turning the grill element. An opening is formed between the stove device and the grill plate device for putting inside the foodstuff which is to be grilled. The direction of heat radiation is adjustable by using a turning knob. The opening selectably cooperates with a framework and a board. the multifunction grill stove is suitable for different applications e.g. grill, protection against loss of heat, tea making. The heat generating source of the stove device is formed revolvable and the circumferential hood is formed as wind screen.
