PURPOSE: A bicycle driving device is provided to increase driving power by driving a front wheel and a rear wheel simultaneously or separately, effectively use power of a body, and to drive the bicycle with a small power by rotating pedals to a prescribed level. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle driving device includes a rear wheel driving device(10) and a front wheel driving device(20). The rear wheel driving device has pedal gears(12) mounted at both sides of a pedal shaft(11), pedals(13) mounted at both sides of the pedal shaft, guide gears(14) of a pulley type, one-way gears(15) mounted at both sides of a rear wheel shaft, and a driving chain(16) having an end connected to one of the pedal gear and the other end connected to the other pedal gear. The front wheel driving device has two handles(21'), a first handle gear fixed to an end of one of the handles and a second handle gear(22') fixed on a shaft part mounted on an end of the other handle, a bevel gear engaging with the handle gears, a driving gear fixed on a shaft of the bevel gear, a guide gear mounted on the shaft of the bevel gear to rotate idly, one-way gears(27) mounted at both sides of a shaft of a front wheel, a driving chain(28) mounted through the driving gear, guide gear and one-way gears, and a stopper(29) for the handle gears.
