<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar battery with high conversion efficiency at a low cost by forming an electrode with a high aspect ratio and low resistivity, and to provide the solar battery manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the solar battery including a step of forming the electrode on a substrate by using conductive paste, a groove for electrode forming is formed on at least the substrate and thereafter the conductive paste is filled in the electrode forming groove by reduced pressure to form the electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
