<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water cleaning electrodes efficiently generating effective chlorine by a simple electrode constitution without requiring a diaphragm between a cathode and an anode, a water cleaning method using it, and a waste water treating system. <P>SOLUTION: In this water cleaning method, effective chlorine is generated by electrolysis of sodium chloride in the presence of water and sodium chloride, in a non-diaphragm type electrolytic cell in which the water cleaning electrodes 10 formed of the cathode 1 consisting of a laminated body of a metal 12 and carbon fiber sheets 11 and the anode 2 facing thereto are mounted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
