<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus transferring electric power to an electronic apparatus out of contact. <P>SOLUTION: To the bottom of an electronic apparatus (1), a semiconductor light receiving device (2) for receiving energy and a semiconductor light emitting device (3) for transmitting signals are attached. On the upper surface of a board (4), one or a plurality of groups of the semiconductor light emitting devices (5) for supplying energy, and the semiconductor light receiving devices (6) for receiving signals, are attached. The electronic apparatus mounted on the board allows the semiconductor light emitting device for transmitting signals to emit signal light at the time of requiring electric power. The semiconductor light emitting devices for supplying energy in a group with the semiconductor light receiving devices for receiving signals having received this signal light on the upper surface of the board is lit.
