摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reductions in resolution and improve adhesion between a hot-melt resin and a reflective layer etc. SOLUTION: In a sensor substrate 1 to which a columnar phosphor is deposited, a moisture-proof layer is made of a first hot-melt resin 8a, a second hot-melt layer 8b is formed on the first hot-melt resin, and a reflective layer 9 and a reflective layer protective layer 10 are provided. A melt viscosity of the first hot-melt resin at its processing temperature is higher than a melt viscosity of the second hot-melt resin at its processing temperature. The sensor substrate 1 is a sensor panel which comprises a substrate; a light receiving part made of a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements two-dimensionally arranged on the substrate for converting light converted by a phosphor layer into electric signals; and a protective layer provided for the light receiving part.
