PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to reduce power consumption by increasing an input position resolution, and by preventing an electric current from being flown in the inputting state. CONSTITUTION: A back plane(1) is equipped with a plurality of Y-direction voltage approval electrode(5) mutually formed in the shape of a slit, a coordinate detection electrode(7), a resistant(3) connected with the Y-direction voltage approval electrode(5) and a common electrode(9) connected with the coordinate detection electrode(7). A front plane(2) is composed of a PET film equipped with a plurality of X-direction voltage approval electrode(6) mutually formed in the shape of a slit, a coordinate detection electrode(8), a resistant(4) connected with the X-direction voltage approval electrode(6), a common electrode(10) connected with the coordinate detection(8). A touch panel arranges the Y-direction voltage approval electrode at right angles to the coordinate detection electrode(7). In addition, the touch panel arranges the X-direction voltage approval electrode(6) at right angles to the coordinate detection electrode(8). |
