PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cooling water circulation system of simple structure capable of remarkably saving water by eliminating wasted discharge of the cooling water. SOLUTION: This cooling water circulation system is provided with a tank 1 for storing city water, a temperature sensor 15 for detecting temperature of the cooling water supplied from the tank 1, an electric valve 10 for distributing the feedback cooling water from cooling equipment 21-23 to a circulation passage and a discharge passage, and a controller 7 for controlling operation of the electric valve 10 on the basis of an output of the temperature sensor 15. The controller 17 controls the electric valve 10 to return a quantity of feedback cooling water corresponding to the detection temperature T2 to the tank 1 through a return pipe 9 during the time when cooling water temperature T2 detected by the temperature sensor 15 is the predetermined temperature or less.
