PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clutch from being hydraulically vibrated by increasing a damping property in a high current area while increasing the operating responsiveness of a clutch. SOLUTION: This solenoid valve comprises a solenoid 17, a plunger 18 moving according to a current supplied to the solenoid 17, and a core 15 attracting the plunger 18 by the excitation of the solenoid 17. An annular projected part 31 having a storage recessed part 30 capable of storing one end of the plunger 18 formed in the opposed face of the core 15 to the plunger 18. The outline shape of the projected part 31 is formed of a tapered part 32 having a cross sectional area decreasing toward the opening end of the storage recessed part 30 and a thin-walled cylindrical part 33 connected to the tip of the tapered part 32 and having a diameter smaller than the small diameter part of the tapered part 32.
