PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the following three things in order to realize a format for a fishing diary, firstly, to display so that a user can easily read the ebb and flow time of the tide, its tide level, and a day time zone by consolidating necessary description items, secondly, to provide the fishing diary, in which the ebb and flow time of the tide, its tide level, and the day time zone of a port visited by an angler for fishing are carried, to the angler, and thirdly, to prepare software by which manuscript copy for the fishing diary can be quickly and accurately made. SOLUTION: The format displays 24 hours a day for the fishing diary by carefully examining the description items of the fishing diary and using the prepared software. Description positions of the ebb and flow time of the tide and the highest/lowest tide level are moved corresponding to the changes of time. The tide level is displayed in a graph. The day time zone, whose description position is moved corresponding to the changes of time, is displayed. The manuscript copy in the case of binding a book for the fishing diary can be quickly and accurately made by using the prepared software. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
