PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-reactor constituted such that separation and concentration of a reaction product are performed without receiving an influence such as contamination from a wall surface of a junction passage and a surface reaction of the wall surface. SOLUTION: The micro-reactor has a plurality of flow passages, the junction passage merging with the plurality of flow passages, and a light irradiation means for merging the fluids flowing in the plurality of flow passages at the junction passage and promoting the reaction by merging.
