[PROBLEMS] To provide a paper roll delivery device for toilet paper enabling even children to be able to safely and easily cut the paper with a light operating force, enabling the cutting of the paper by pinching the clamping margin part of the paper and smoothly and securely extracting the paper only by a single hand, and enabling a reduction in size, a simplification in structure, and a reduction in cost. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This paper roll delivery device is so formed that a cutting position is moved relative to a cutting blade before cutting in such a state that both front and rear sides of the paper in proximity to the cutting position are pressingly held by a paper pressing means. Therefore, the elongation of the paper at the cutting position is small, and the paper can be smoothly and securely cut off. Also, to secure safety, the paper is cut off after the cutting position of the paper is pushed in by a paper push-in means advancing and retreating into and from a cutting blade recessed chamber covering both front and rear surfaces of the cutting blade to secure safety. The cutting blade recessed chamber is retreated from the cutting blade by the paper push-in means and the cutting blade is projected so that the clamping margin part can be secured. |
