<p>The inventive boost pulse-type voltage regulator with continuous output current relates to electrotechnical engineering, in particular to DC / DC converters. Said invention makes it possible to reduce output voltage ripple. For this purpose, the boost pulse-type voltage regulator comprises input (1), common (2) and output (3) terminals for connecting a power supply (4) and a load (5) thereto, respectively, a throttle (6), a diode (7), a filtering capacitor (8), a monitoring key (9) provided with a control circuit (10), an additional current transformer (11), a second (12) and third (13) diodes. Therefore, a current for charging the filtering capacitor (8) flows when the monitoring key (9) is open or closed, thereby reducing the voltage ripple on the load (5). When the numbers of primary and secondary turns of the current transformer (11) are equal, the output current of the boost pulse-type voltage regulator is practically equal to the throttle (6) current and the voltage ripple on the load (5) can be insignificant event in the absence of the filtering capacitor (8).</p> |
