<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state information processor capable of suppressing cost and time required for development and manufacture more than a conventional product, by outputting state information acquired from an image forming device to an output destination. <P>SOLUTION: In this state information processor, an arbitrator is arranged in a PC 10 by selecting at least one from a plurality of arbitrators 161, 163 and 165 different in specifications of OS or an input-output port. A purser is arranged in the PC 10 by selecting at least one from a plurality of pursers 151, 155 and 157 different in the specifications of a printer. The plurality of arbitrators 161, 163 and 165 are compatible in an interface with the pursers. The plurality of pursers 151, 155 and 157 are compatible in an interface with the arbitrators.
