Shoulder joint endoprosthesis comprises a shaft (2) for anchoring in the medullary canal of the humerus, a middle part (10) that can be releasably attached to the shaft, and a convex part (15) that can be anchored in the scapula and cooperates with a sliding surface (14) of the middle part to form a ball-and-socket joint. The convex part has several divergent holes (18) forming an opening through which fixing screws can be inserted into the scapula.
