<p>An insole of a shoe capable of increasing exercise performance, wherein, to increase grip forces in the longitudinal and lateral directions by improving the application of resistances from a ground and a foot thereto during exercise, grooves or projections are formed in each of the area thereof corresponding to a toe part and the area thereof corresponding to a thenar eminence part and a little finger eminence part. The plurality of lateral recessed and projected grooves are formed in the area of the insole corresponding to the body surface toe part thereof in contact with the rear of the foot, and the plurality of vertical recessed and projected grooves are formed in the area thereof corresponding to the body surface thenar eminence part and little finger eminence part. Thus, the vertical grip force at the toe tip portion of the insole and the lateral grip force at the rear of the toe tip portion can be increased.</p> |
