The method involves signaling reception of data of a service in an end terminal by a server (MS) of a mobile network along with a server (DE) of an Internet service provider to the terminal over an ISDN signaling channel. Key data in the signaling is examined with stored data in the terminal, and the reception of the data is signaled if the examination is positive, where the terminal is not coupled to the server (DE) via Internet. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device for notifying receipt of data of a service e.g. mobile network service, to a subscriber terminal.
