<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that equipment used in a conventional telemetering system employing PHS is expensive, resulting in high communication cost and is not in a state of being widely used while the system is capable of processing massive data at a high speed, and that realization of an inexpensive telemetering system capable of being constructed with a low cost and having a low operation cost is sought in a field not requiring data amount enough to be processed by the PHS. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, a radio communication protocol transformer for transforming protocol between a specific low-power radio communication protocol and Bluetooth (R) protocol is provided between a radio communication system for performing communication using specific low-power radio communication and a radio communication system for performing communication using a Bluetooth (R) communication card.
