PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate an unbalance of a distribution system even if an impedance and a load of a transformer for receiving power from the distribution system is in a three-phase unbalance state.
SOLUTION: DC power is converted into AC power by a single-phase inverter connected between two-phase terminals among three-phase terminals of a secondary system of the V-connected transformer in the distribution system, and supplied to the distribution system. A target value of an output current or output reactive power from the single-phase inverter for making the unbalance evaluation quantity be zero is calculated on the basis of a voltage of the V-connected transformer, impedances of the transformers for constituting the V-connected transformer, the load connected to the V-connected transformer and the output current. The degree of the unbalance indicated by instantaneous real power and imaginary power found from the three-phase voltage and the current of the distribution system is evaluated by the unbalance evaluation quantity. The single-phase inverter is controlled so as to make the output current and the output reactive power from the single-phase inverter be the found target value.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
