PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a reduction of flexibility for a corrugated flexible pipe by altering reasonable arrangement between the corrugated flexible pipe and a radiating pipe, to improve working efficiency for the corrugated flexible pipe and a fluid pipe, and to perform miniaturization in a radial direction of piping and reduction of manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The flexible radiating pipe 4 made of resin, which partitions a passage S2 for passing a heat generating source 3 against a passage S1 for inserting the fluid pipe in a sealing state, is integrally formed on an inner wall surface 1b of the flexible resin corrugated flexible pipe 1 inserting the flexible fluid pipe 2 along the X direction of a pipe axis.
