PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reception management device and program in which the time remaining before starting recording is not required to be altered in succession even when recording of a digital broadcast program is reserved in a vehicle such as an automobile. SOLUTION: As the time information becoming a reference for starting reproduction or recording of a reserved program, conventionally used time information included in a digital broadcast wave is not used but time information obtained by receiving a radio wave from GPS satellites is employed. Operation for altering the time remaining before starting recording, incident to different time information included in the broadcast wave, is not required for every broadcast wave from a receiving relay station, and a user can be released from troublesomeness.
