PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC postprocessing device for generating NC data which suppresses rapid changes of tool angles and tool positions to a NC machine. SOLUTION: The NC postprocessing device 30 inputs CL data (20) consisting of tool front end position vectors and tool spindle-direction vectors corresponding to a multi-axis control NC machine (50) and a machine configuration (20) consisting of a first revolving shaft, a second revolving shaft, and an initial spindle direction of the machine, axial deflections of the first/second revolving shafts, and feed speeds (110) and converts the CL data to NC data for numerically controlling the machine. The NC postprocessor device 30 includes processing (123 and 124) of discriminating whether a tool spindle-direction vector at each point of the tool front end positions coincides with the second revolving shaft or not and taking out angles at peripheral points, which do not coincide with the second revolving shaft, in the case of non-coincidence to generate an angle at the point by curve interpolation.
