PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily manufacturing a laminated sheet (A) of a sheet (S) and a film with sufficient adhesion by lapping the weldable thermoplastic resin film (F) on the heated thermoplastic resin sheet (S), pinching them between a pair of laminating rolls (21 and 22), compressing and welding them. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method at least one of the laminating surfaces (Sa and Fa) of the sheet (S) and the film (F) has surface tension (γ) of not less than 50 mN/m, and the temperature (Ts) of the laminating surface (Sa) is in the range represented by formula (I): Tgs-7°C≤Ts≤Tgs+40°C (Tgs is a glass transition temperature of the laminating surface of the sheet) when they are pinched between the laminating rolls (21 and 22).
