PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a device from being broken by static electricity while suppressing a lowering of detection accuracy on whether a human body contacted. SOLUTION: When a contact part 251 contacts a player having static electricity, static electricity is discharged to a print connection 252 through a micro gap 261 and discharged from a terminal connected to a frame ground, out of a connector provided on the opposite side face of a printed circuit board 211.
