PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt provided with a neck cover enough to be "goods" even in points of beauty, the feel and the touch. SOLUTION: The neck cover 13 is so folded and fixed in a U shape that it covers the surface and the back of an upper edge part 12 of the quilt 11. A warp knit tape 16 is provided on the upper edge 14 of the quilt 11 in parallel. A warp knit cloth where sinker loops 19 consisting of float warp yarns 20 long float out from a base knitting fabric is used for the tape 16. A male Hook-and-Loop fastener 23 is fixed along edges 21 and 21 of the cover 13 that are folded face-to-face in the U shape. The cover 13 and the quilt 11 attachable and detachable via the male fastener 23 and the tape 16. The tape 16 is knitted out of multifilament threads consisting of fibers with monofilament fineness of 11 dtex or thinner.
