<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out occurrence of a trouble and generation of an abnormal data in a facility operation system itself or the like in an early stage to make a proper countermeasure adopted even by an unskilled person in the early stage. SOLUTION: This system is provided with plural boards for storing a trouble content code and a trouble portion code, and having a CPU for recognizing an error code exclusive for the boards, a (trouble diagnosing software) PLC with a ladder circuit for preparing a trouble code for a troubled portion and a trouble content based on the board-exclusive error code, an MMI-PC for making the troubled portion flicker when the trouble code from the PLC is confirmed, for clicking the troubled portion, and for retrieving the a data from a trouble table of a server PC to display a trouble screen, and the server PC for mounting on an MMI area a retrieved result from the MMI-PC with the trouble data to be transmitted to the MMI-PC.</p> |
