PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing mechanism which makes the inside of an image forming device body mountable with an image carrying member in a direction orthogonal with the axial direction of the image carrying member without exerting load to the side plates of the device body. SOLUTION: The image carrying member (1) is moved in the direction orthogonal with the axial direction along guides (13a and 13b) disposed at the side plates (6a and 6b). The side plate (13b) is mounted with a supporting member (7) for supporting a shaft (5) to rotatably support the image carrying member (1). Internal screw threads (14) of the shaft (5) are screwed to internal screw threads (15) of a driving transmission means (9) by rotating the shaft (5). At this time, the image carrying member (1) is thrust by an energizing means (12), by which a receiving section (10) disposed on one end side of the image carrying member (1) and a transmission section (11) of the driving transmission means (9) are detained and connected. |
