CELL LINES AND METHODS FOR EVALUATING INTEGRATING POLYNUCLEOTIDES

The present invention provides cell lines for evaluating properties of integrating polynucleotides. The cell lines include cells having an exogenous polynucleotide that includes an enhancer-dependent promoter and an operably linked coding region encoding a marker wherein the marker is not expressed at a detectable level. The present invention also provides methods for using such cells.
