The plate stilt support (10) is formed in one-piece circular disk shape having a top surface and a bottom surface (20). Ribs are formed on the top surface, while several support bodies (12,13) are formed at the bottom surface. Predetermined breaking points are provided parallel to the ribs and extending between the support bodies. The support bodies are arranged with gaps (14) in between them. The breaking points are formed for linear support.
