<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery, of long life despite a resin vessel used. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte battery is provided with a resin vessel, a cathode collector 4 formed on an inside face of the vessel, an anode collector 5 formed on an inside face of the vessel so as to oppose the cathode collector 4, a cathode layer 6 formed on the cathode collector 4, and an anode layer 7 formed on the anode collector 5.
