PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based film for metal vapor deposition, and to provide a metal-vapor-deposited film. SOLUTION: This film formed article produced from a polypropylene-based resin satisfying a MFR (230°C, 2.16 kgf) of 0.1 to 20 (g/10 min) and a xylene soluble content of 2.0 wt.% is characterized by satisfying a relational expression (Eq-1): [σ(0)-σ(7)]/σ(0)≤0.18 [σ(0) is a film surface tension (mN/m) just after formed;σ(7) is a film surface tension (mN/m) seven days later after formed];and a relational expression [Eq-2]: E≥α×Tm-500 [E is the average value (MPa) of Young's moduli in MD and TD directions; Tm is a melting point (°C) measured with a differential scanning calorimeter; (α) is a proportional constant depended on a measurement temperature].
