PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint viewing system that can be easily installed and used. SOLUTION: In a joint viewing system comprising a receiving unit 1 for receiving an arbitrary joint viewing signal and a wired path 4 for transmitting the joint viewing signal received in the receiving unit 1 to each of terminal receivers 3, a modulator 25 to which an arbitrary video signal is input is provided for modulating a frequency of that video signal to an uplink band and sending the video signal onto the wired path, and on the wired path 4 between the receiving unit 1 and the terminal receiver 3, an uplink/downlink converting device 30 is provided for converting a signal of frequency of an uplink band sent by the modulator 25 into a signal of frequency of a downlink band and sending the converted signal.
