PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call accounting system capable of suitably determining the purpose of each call such as a business call and a private call and capable of suitably and flexibly charging calls when a plurality of users charged exist for one telephone. SOLUTION: The call accounting system is provided with a customer database 61 for storing a contracted telephone number and a plurality of charged users in each customer, a charging condition database 62 for storing accounting conditions, a calling number acquisition means 126 for acquiring the telephone number of a calling source, a charged user decision means 127 for extracting customer identification information in which the telephone number acquired by the calling number acquisition means 126 coincides with the contracted telephone number by referring to the customer database 61, extracting each charged user on the basis of the accounting condition of the customer identification information by referring to the charging condition database 62 and then accounting the user to be charged, and a accounting state notification means 128 for transmitting the accounting state of each charged user decided by the charged user decision means 127 to a customer terminal.
