PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server-client system capable of displaying a Web page before interruption of power supply on a client terminal while reducing burdens of the client terminal and a user after power supply is turned on again in the client terminal even when the power supply is suddenly interrupted in the client terminal. SOLUTION: When access to the Web page is made from a PC terminal 11 to a Web server 12, the Web server 12 creates a Web page based on a URL and the like of the previous Web page when an IP address of the accessing PC terminal 11 matches a previously stored IP address and the access satisfies a predetermined condition.
