PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertising device capable of performing automatic adjustment control of volume or tone quality, and effectively reproducing content for advertisement in accordance with the environment where the advertising device is installed. SOLUTION: The advertising device (1) is provided with a voice output section (30) and an image display section (20) for outputting voices and images for advertisement stored in a storage medium (121) and a storage section (12). A control section (11) generates a control signal for adjusting the volume and tone quality of the voice at the voice output section (30) into the volume and tone quality being set for each day of the week and time period by a control parameter stored in the storage section (12), and outputs the signal to a voice output control section (17). Also, the control section (11) monitors the presence of a person near the place where the advertising device (1) is installed with a sensor section (50), and temporalily performs automatic adjustment of the volume and tone quality of the voice in accordance with the control parameter at the time of the detection by the sensor.
