PAPER TRAY CONTAINER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL PACKAGE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent paper powder from sloughing off a paper container and to easily dispose the container after use. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a paper tray container has steps of: punching out material paper 20 into a spread shape of a tray container 2; and forming a paper tray container 2 by press forming the above paper punched into the spread shape of the paper tray container 2 by using a press die to erect the side walls from the bottom. The side walls 2b erected from the bottom 2a of the paper tray container 2 is pressed in the press forming step down to as thick as 80-90% of the material paper at the erected corners 2c. The method also includes a step of adjusting the moisture to 10 wt.% or more in the material paper when pressing the material paper 20 down to 80-90% thick.
