PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of providing a high heat exchange rate, by passing through the heat exchanger without leaking air, by preventing deformation of an air leakage preventive material, even when a pressure change is caused in the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger 1 can prevent deformation of the air leakage preventive material 4 by a receiving member 5, even when the pressure change is caused in the heat exchanger 1, by allowing the receiving member 5 to function as a shock absorbing material between the air leakage preventive material 4 and an inner surface of a casing 3; and can also prevent air leakage from a heat exchange material 2, by contacting an inner surface of the air leakage preventive material 4 with a sliding surface 5a provided outside the receiving member 5, to thereby provide the high heat exchange rate since heat is exchanged by wholly passing air through the heat exchanger 1.
