PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing-out tool capable of drawing out a wrap under a stretched condition. SOLUTION: An attaching region 3 provided on a stretching plate 2 of the drawing-out tool 1 is attached on a front edge region of the wrap 4 to be drawn out to perform the drawing-out. As the stretching plate 2 supports the front edge region of the wrap 4, there is no possibility of suspension of the end, and as no suspension occurs, the wrap can be drawn out under the stretched state and can be put on an article to be packed.
