PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material waterproof sheet superior in waterproofness in tacker needle holes, sheet molding efficiency and antislip property between the sheet and a worker on the sheet and a base material. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet for the building material comprises a resin sheet formed of a resin composition containing 40-95 mass% polyolefin resin and 5-20 mass% modified polyolefin resin with the mass of the whole resin composition as a reference (100 mass%), and a reinforcing sheet.
