PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film supplying device having a simple structure with less supply error. SOLUTION: In a device for supplying packaging film of a predetermined amount, a guide cylinder 21 is provided along a component guide cylinder 7 penetrating a forming member 13 movably in the axial direction, a pair of holding units 22 with their inner surfaces having a shape along an outer circumferential surface of the guide cylinder 21 are arranged on both sides of the guide cylinders 21, and a holding operation unit 40 to move the holding units 22 in a contact direction on the guide cylinder 21 or in the separating direction is provided, and a return operation unit 30 to return the guide cylinder 21 to the original position when the holding units 22 are retracted after a cylindrical packaging film A is held between the guide cylinder 21 and the holding units 22 and drawn by a predetermined amount is provided. In comparison with a method for supplying the packaging film by a belt, a roller, air suction, or the like, there is no adverse effect by wax adhering to the packaging film, and the repeating supply operation of long lifetime can be obtained.
