DISTURBANCE ESTIMATION TYPE CONTROL SYSTEM, GAS COMPRESSOR CONTROL SYSTEM, AND DESIGNING METHOD FOR DISTURBANCE ESTIMATION TYPE CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disturbance estimation type control system which is insensitive to parameter variation such as thermal load variation and rotating speed variation, a gas compressor control system, and a designing method for the disturbance estimation type control system. SOLUTION: A disturbance 103 is applied to a controlled system 101. An input signal 105 and an output signal 107 are inputted to an observer 109 to estimate the disturbance. A subtracter 113 calculates the deviation of the output signal 107 from a target value 111. A compensator 115 compensates the deviation and outputs it as a control signal. This control signal is subtracted by a subtracter 117 from the disturbance estimated value from the observer 109. The disturbance estimated value among estimated values of the observer is so fed back to cancel the actual disturbance.
