<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately provide information on rotational blurring of an image. <P>SOLUTION: A second analyzing means 300 discriminates that blurring in a blurring image D0 is not the rotational blurring, when linear blurring direction in objective images of 70% or more is the substantially same among respective objective images, with an image of a part different in a plurality of positions in the blurring image D0 as the objective image. While, the analyzing means discriminates that the blurring in the image D0 is the rotational blurring, when the linear blurring direction in the objecting images of 70% or more among the respective objective images, changes in this rotational direction or the inverse direction of this rotational direction in response to a change in the rotational direction of a position of the objective image having the linear blurring direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
